Recovery

Recovery of any kind is not linear. Whether you are healing from a physical injury, grieving the end of a relationship, recovering from burnout, dealing with tremendous heartache, or something else entirely, it’s all challenging and often full of peaks, valleys, detours, and seemingly neverending open roads. I understand, and I see you. My hope is that you will find resources here that will help you fortify your strength, heal your heart, and find some fun and creative tips along the way. But most importantly, I hope that you will find that you are not alone, no matter how lonely you may feel right now. I’ve been there, other amazing people in this community have been there, and we are right here with you. You got this!
