I’m a holistic health nerd and cozy vibes enthusiast! I thrive off of learning and creativity, and I’m so excited to share my passions, habits, routines, and experiences with you. Oh, and we love an aesthetic moment over here!!
My hope is to help you find and create cozy, rejuvenating moments and establish personal practices that heal and nourish your mind, body, and soul whilst embracing everything that makes you YOU! Although I lack professional credentials, I speak from lived experiences navigating the many peaks and valleys that have come into my life. I am here to support you, create community, and work together to get through this crazy thing we call life! Philosophy
Life is full of peaks and valleys, and the trails in between. Here at LEAP, we believe in breaking down challenges into smaller bite-sized chunks; recognizing that the small wins are just as important and powerful as the big ones; cheering ourselves on every step of the way; giving ourselves a little extra love on the hard days; and understanding that healing is not linear and each person’s path is just as unique and special as they are.
